GRADUATION !!!!!

YEAH!!!! I am finally done. I graduated from Weber on Dec. 14th with a bachelor's in nursing. It is such a good feeling to be done with school. I was hoping to have some me time before the baby comes, but things don't always go the way we want. Up to this point, Jess and I have been serving in the 11 year old scouts, but I just got called as the 1st counselor in the YW's presidency. I am excited to be back in YW's again, but I am feeling overwhelmed. I know the Lord will guide me through this.

More cute baby ultrasound pics

We had our ultrasound with the perinatologist on Dec. 10 and he did an Echo on the baby's heart. He said everything looked great. So, so far so good. We just can't wait to get him here. Only 107 more days until he's due, but we're guessing he'll come in March. These are just some cute pictures of his cute:

I just love him so much. He is getting so big, and so am I. He is very active and really loves to kick his mom! I can't wait to hold him in my arms and kiss him!

The Deer Hunt

I'm kind of slow sometimes, but this is Jess's deer that he got this year! Pretty good one, isn't it. Jess just can't wait to take our little boy hunting.

Here's the big belly!!

Someone told me I needed to put a picture on here of my belly. This isn't a very good picture, but it's the only one I have for now. This is on Thanksgiving at just over 22 weeks. When Jess was taking the picture, he said "quit trying to poke it out." But, I really wasn't; we just laughed! He's growing like a weed, but measures right on. Last night he was kicking like crazy! I just love him sooo much!!!

It's a BOY!!

We found out yesterday, that we're having a boy! We are so excited! And I know Jess is excited to have a hunting partner. We were supposed to have our official ultrasound on Dec. 3, but it got moved back to Dec. 10. I have to go to a perinatalogist so they can do an echocardiogram on the babies heart because I am diabetic. He only comes to Logan 2 times a month, so appointments are very limited. I just couldn't wait any longer, so yesterday I talked to a friend of mine and there was an ultrasound student at the hospital who can do ultrasounds with no liability. So, I called Jess and he met me there between his classes. Everything looked good as far as I could tell. And everything is going well with my pregnancy. We just pray it stays that way. Well, we hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Christmas is just around the corner!

Our Baby

Here's a picture of our baby!! This was our first ultrasound at 10 weeks and 1 day. We'll have another ultrasound on December 3rd and we'll get to find out if it's a boy or a girl. Jess thinks we're having a girl, and I have no idea. I guess I don't have mother's intuition yet. Isn't that a cute baby though!! I sure think so!

Our Home

Here's some pictures of our house. It's nothing extravagant, but it's ours and we love it!! It's on 1.25 acres and has a fenced yard and a fenced pasture. It has a decent size garage, which is a huge bonus and it also has a detached garage, so we have a place to store all of our stuff. The lady we bought it from took such good care of it, so we have just been updating it. We just love to have a place called home! It also has an old grainery that is now known as "the card shack". This is where Jess and the guys play cards.
