Baby update....SNOW....and MORE baskaball!!

I had a Dr. appointment today. I'm 35.3 weeks and still feeling great! Meds are controlling the reflux, just having a little back pain and a little uncomfortable when I sleep, but otherwise I feel AWESOME!! Everything looked A-Ok at the Dr. today. The NST was beautiful he said. I had an appt about 1 1/2 weeks ago and my amniotic fluid was 9+ he said, the week before it was somewhere between 12-14, and this week it was 11. I don't really understand what the numbers mean, but a few weeks ago he wanted it above 10 but normal is about 12-16 I think. Anyway, it's normal for it to drop the further along you get, and he said it looked great today!! Baby is head down. I'm measuring right on, and still no swelling, yay!! He checked me today and I'm dilated maybe a fingertip, so really nothing. I go back next Friday, so I guess we'll see if I've made progress!!
And this is what we woke up to this morning!!! Are you kiddin' me???? All those storms the past month have missed us and now that it should be getting nice weather I guess we're gettin' our share. Of course Hunter wanted to play basketball, so.....

Once again we played in the garage!!!

And of course had to rides bikes too!!

"Baska-ball, baska-ball, baska-ball"

This kid is OBESESSED with balls but especially BASKETBALL!!! When he wakes up in the morning the first thing he says is "outside..bye-bye..shoes..baskaball." He's obsessed and rain or shine, he doesn't care!! He just wants to play outside!! Well it was mighty windy yesterday, they said the winds in Logan got up to 75 mph, but he really wanted to play basketball, so we played....but ended up in the garage. The wind was gonna blow the hoop over.

Look at that form!! He was gettin' himself all in position for this shot!! I'm pretty sure he has better form than I do, which isn't hard to do.

And he can dunk it when it's in the lowest position!!

I finally got him stop at look at me for 2 seconds so I could take a picture, but I did have to threaten that we'd go inside. I know I'm a mean mom, but holy cow he needs to learn to listen, right? He really doesn't hold still at all!! He just goes and goes and goes!! And I'm so glad, but I really wanted to get a picture of him smiling...we did pretty good!!

Here's the birthday boy!!! I can't believe he's TWO YEARS OLD!!!! Asking for a smile was a bit too much though!!

And our cute family!! Don't mind the big prego woman!! I remember when I found out I was pregnant looking at my calendar and thinking "I'll be just a few weeks away from having a baby on Hunter's 2nd birthday!" I can't believe it's already here!!!

I don't know why I do this to myself, but I always think I can do most anything. It almost always causes lots of stress in my life, but I was so proud that I made these cakes and cupcakes for Hunter's party. If you can't tell, the theme was sports balls since he's so infatuated with them. And he has two cakes because the first one didn't end up being as big as I thought it would be, so I made another batch. And yes, those 2 cupcakes that are different are supposed to be soccer balls, but I was struggling and hurrying so that's why there's only two. Not sure how great it all tasted, but I thought they looked cute!!

HUNTER'S 2 YEARS OLD!!!!!!

Today is Hunter's birthday!!!! I can't believe my baby's 2!!! There have been so many changes over the last 2 years!! I can't believe how much Hunter's has grown and learned and how much fun he is!! He gets funner every day and I can't imagine my life without him!!! I need to take some updated photos of Hunter, that's in my plans in the next couple of weeks, but here's just a few of my favorite's over the last 2 years!!

Here are some things about Hunter at this stage in his life:

-He loves oranges (clementines), cookies, Mom's drink-diet coke, any type of ball but mostly basketball, being oustide, wrestling with Dad, his bike, going with dad to take Rocky to run in the river bottoms, teasing-just like his dad, "Mity" (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), Handy Manny, watching basketball, singing ABC's and counting to 10, and tons more but those are the main things the past few weeks or so.

-Things he says right now: "monster, cookie" (referring to Cookie Monster), "No mores," "coo-ties" (cookies), "buce" (spoon), "fort" (fork) - he LOVES baby spoons and forks, "all dos" (all gone or all done), "opus" (open or close), "peas" (please), and many more!

We're having his birthday party tonight at the Fish House and having cake and ice cream with our family, but I've been slaving away today :-), so hopefully the cake turns out!! There will be pictures to come! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUNTS!!!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

35 Weeks!!!

Well I was 35 weeks yesterday on Sunday, March 28th. I wasn't going to put any more of these pictures on here, but it's more for me than anything. I can't believe we only have 5 more weeks, well 4 more weeks until I'll get induced and I'm really hoping for only 3 1/2. I'll have to see what kind of sweet talking I can do and remind the doctor that Hunter weighed 9-2!!! I'm still feeling really good and this boy is kicking like crazy!! My feet still haven't swelled, I just keep praying maybe they won't. I go to the Dr. on Wednesday and we'll see how everything is looking!! We can't wait to meet this little guy!!!

Tyson's Birthday, Sunday March 28th!!

Yesterday was Tyson's birthday, so we got to celebrate at Carol and Grant's!! We had a DELICIOUS dinner and then enjoyed time with our family and enjoyed some NICE weather outside!! Aunt Holly gave Hunter his birthday present a day early (she has to be to work when we're having his party) so we had some entertainment with his presents. She gave him a glow in the dark soccer ball or "sauce ball" according to Hunter and a kite!! Here's Trevor and Hunter with his ball and in the background is Chance, Tyson, Tracen, and Jess flying his kite!! It was a perfect day for kite flying!! Tyson and Hunter almost shared the same birthday, but we missed it by 1 hour and 17 minutes!!

I thought this picture was so dang cute!! Trevor just took right good care of his little cousin and Hunter loves to play with his older cousins!!

We did some swinging, which Hunter ABSOLUTELY LOVES!!!! Our neighbors, Gene and Gayle Forsberg, have a swing set at their house and we went over the other day and I let Hunter swing and he just laughed so hard!! He loved it!!!

Hunter thought Grandma's wind chime was pretty entertaining!!
