Just scootin' along

So, this morning I laid the little potlicker on his play mat, on his belly for some tummy time. While he was on his tummy, I was in his room getting some clothes off his hangers that were the next couple sizes bigger so I could take the tags off of them and wash them, so I was probably in his room for about 3-4 minutes. I heard him crying, and he usually always does after a few minutes of tummy time, but when I went out into the living room, he had scooted himself from the center of the playmat and was laying right where that flipflop is in front of the door. He scooted himself at least 3 feet. He was screaming so hard, so I of course picked him up, but I had to take some kind of a picture to show how far he went (so, I apologize that my flipflop is in the pic instead of him). Then this evening, he was laying on his playmat again, but on his back this time, and he scooted himself about 6 inches. Not very far, but I could not believe he can scoot like that at just over 11 weeks old!!

More Kiddie Kandids

So, I was walking into the mall last Thursday, I got stopped by a Kiddie Kandid employee again, for the same thing. they asked if I was familiar with Kiddie Kandids, and I told them I had just done this a couple weeks before, but they said that was okay and the picture taking began. If I keep shopping at the mall, and I keep getting stopped, I'll never have to pay for pictures!! J/K! However, from now on I am going to make sure Hunter is fed and always dressed really cute, well, so he will be ready if by some chance we get stopped again. But, you know how it goes, if you're are prepared, then things don't happen. I just can't believe how big he is getting. They grow way to fast!!

Picnic at the Park

Ashlee Woolf came home this past week from Michigan, so a bunch of us girls, who could, got together with our kids and had a little picnic at the Paradise park. It was so much fun to get together, but we missed those of you who couldn't be there. It is so amazing how much things change over time, but I am so grateful to have such wonderful friendships, no matter where we are in our lives. We are so lucky to have such great friends and we love you all!!! Thanks you guys for a fun day!!

Brady and Jenna

Some of our best friends, Brady Woolf and Jenna Welch, got married this last Friday. It was such a wonderful wedding, and such a beautiful day. Jess was one of the groomsmen, doesn't he look so good in pink? Congratulations you two, we are so excited for you!!

Farmer Joe

This is just one of my very favorite pictures of him. Kevin and Jen gave us this cute John Deer outfit, so I thought I would try it on him. It's still a little big, but the face that he was making was just perfect. I think he looks like a little farmer dude!

Hunter's Blessing

We blessed Hunter this past Sunday. Isn't he so cute? He looks like a little man. Tammy James, Gentry's boyfriend's mom, made this little tux for him and the blanket too. I think it is the most adorable thing I have seen. Too bad he only got to wear it for one day, but he looked so adorable. It was so good to see so many of our friends and family!! Thanks for all those who helped with and contributed to the blessing day. We greatly appreciate it!!!! We love you all!!!

The Charlie Daniels concert

Last friday night we went down to The Charlie Daniels concert at the Usana Amphitheatre with Kevin and Jen and Ryan and Felecia. Kevin won tickets off the radio. Shooter Jennings and 38 Special opened for him. It was such a good concert and we had so much fun. On the way down we stopped and ate at The Training Table. That's one of my favorite restaurants!!! It was so yummy. My mom and dad watched Hunter for us. I dropped him off after his Dr. appointment and I felt like the worst mother. I didn't realize until Thursday afternoon that he was going to get shots and then I was going to leave him for the evening, but they said he was so good. Thanks so much Mom and Dad for watching Hunter. It was so nice to have a nice relaxing evening and go on a date, but I missed him soooooooo much!!! It is going to be soooo hard to leave him and go back to work, but I know he will be in good hands. Thanks again Kevin and for that fun night!!

Hunter's 2 month appointment

Hunter had his 2 month check-up on Friday May 30. He weighed 12 lbs 3 oz. He is just growing. He is in the 62 percentile for his height and the 64 percentile for his weight. What a chunk!! He is soooooo dang cute!!! He also had to get his 2 month shots. It was so sad, but he only cried for a minute and then he was happy. We are so blessed to have such a good, happy baby!!!!!

Graduation!!!!

Yeah!!!! Gentry graduate from High School last Thursday night. We went to dinner at The Olive Garden before graduation. This picture was taken just outside of Olive Garden. We are so proud of Gent and we love her so much!!
